can any one know where you can buy the applience that you make sushi with .it is like a long pipe that opens out and the rice etc is put into it and then closed and then is forced out onto the seaweedit looks very profestional

heathermay1, as geldof has advised Stevens have the device you describe - it is called a Sushezi.For more info' re the Sushezi and other uses for it, have a look at:-
I bought my sushezi at Stevens & you might want to watch out for them on special .quite a saving, if you want to take advantage of it.

I saw a sushi making gadget at the Asian supermarkets when I was in Auckland few weeks ago. was very reasonable $5-$10 I think
