I made this a while ago and it was awesome . .so i'm making it again . last time i did the hock in the slow cooker and an the chicken in the pan and mixed it together with the hock meat and veggies and sauce etc . i was thinking of doing the chicken in slow cooker with the hock this time . would it enhance the flavour of the chicken or screw it up !

Well I would stick the original way you did it, I think cooking the chicken with the pork hock in the crockpot would taint the chicken too much.
