malt biscuits and custard. My Mum used to make this and I dont know if it was a recipe that she made up herself or was someone elses lol.She passed away nearly 30 years ago but I do remember the malt biscuits were left whole as the base of this yummy delight,anyone remember this or has had one similar! I did try that first but didnt see anything that sounded similar,I will have another look.
