My own ganache thread,help please

Ok so i have looked up many threads on here about ganache. What i want to know,and i cant find the answer,is how much of choc and cream do i use! going by cups please. many thanks

2 parts chocolate to 1 part cream

I learnt equal parts but I do 300ml bottle of cream to 250g block of choc.
(minus one square of choc - that goes in me!)
It'll be one of those things everyone does differently and so might not really matter.

1 part chocolate, 1 part Dutch Process Cocoa, 1 Part cream - tsp vanilla extract
