We have an abundance of them at present, (lucky us! ! ), does anyone please know how to freeze them, so they can be used lately in the year. Thank you! !

I usually fry them and make into a sauce then freeze them to add to stews later

You have upset me lolI would pay 100 dollars for a lovely big feed of fresh field mushrooms. Goes to bed and dreams it will rain so the mushrooms will come. then I have to wait till someone gives me some. wont hold breath rofl. You enjoy #1
