just saw the FIL's lunch which contained a yummy vege & barley soup and banana and bolognaise mince on pasta spirals which was also quite tasty but the muffin.the poor wee thing was the most hideous muffin ive eva seen in my life, unloved, undersize, lop sided and like a rock.i am attempting to upload a pic.

Must be a hospital thing.Greenlane's hospital cafe "Muffin Break" has the most beautiful looking muffins but I'd never ever have them again as they were so dry, they were almost inedible without liquid to wash them down!

this was on his hospital tray.im having trouble uploading the pic of my phone, it really is the ugliest we thing.(ive tried the awesome looking lemon curd muffins in the public cafe.it was the most cardboard tasting dry unimpressive piece of cooked flour ive had in a long time, i couldnt even get it down with a half rsd weak bitter coffee!) lol
