What cut and how do I cook it?

Took a roast out of the freezer, thinking it was home kill pork, but its some sort of rolled beef with stuffing in the middle. It said 'seasoned' on the sticker - not sure what cut it is and dont want it to dry out as we prefer our beef rare, any help much appreciated

Looks like a lovely rolled roast to me! Wish mine were that meaty. I always frizzle them in the oven, so now I put them in the slow cooker. At lunch time on high if defrosted. Morning if frozen. I won't say it will come out rare, but it will be falling apart and yummy. Not sure how you would do it rare and not be tough, rolled roast casserole type meat if not rolled with my home kill.

The cut is a whole Scotch Filet. Not rolled "prime beef [flank] roast".
