Hi there. Just wondering if anyone has the recipe book - its easier than you think by Jo Seager and would mind posting the recipe for pistachio and rosewater truffles. I have the recipe book at home but I'm away and a friend of mine urgently needs the recipe. Thanks so much

3/4 cup shelled pistachios 2 1/2 cups fine desiccated coconut 400gm tin condensed milk 1 tsp mixed spice 2 tsp rosewater 1/2 cup extra coconut for coating
Roast nuts for 5min. transfer to food processor with coconut and process until the nuts are roughly chopped.Add cond. milk, mixed spice and rosewater and process into a sticky paste. wet hands and form into little balls, then roll in extra coconut.
