I am looking for a tasty simple-ish recipe for this because I desperately need to eat some comfort food. I went to a cafe the other day and they had a lentil and mushroom hotpot with loads of red wine in it. It was nice . but not like a clean tasty chicken hotpot. I live in Melbourne now and yearn for simple food. Please help me ;)

Bumping this - maybe other words for it would be Chicken Casserole! Anyone know a famous one!
