Is this gluten free please:Ingred: Coconut Cream, Stabiliser E466, Emulsifier E415.Need some for a gluten free soup and this is what I had in pantry.Thank you.

E466 = Sodium carboxymethylcellulose (Thickener/Stabiliser)
E415 = Xanthan gum (Thickener/Stabiliser)
No gluten in those. I have read in Herika's gluten intolerant threads that sometimes those who are gluten intolerant can react to Xanthan gum.
The best coconut cream/milk on the market is A-royd in the tetra packs. It just has coconut and water without additives.
