I made mushroom soup todaywith a white sauce base will it be ok to freeze. thanks if you can help

I would think you can as you freeze mac cheese and buy things in the frozen food section that have white sauce etc.

Yes you can.I do this all the time.I let it thaw out compleyely then give it a quick whizz with my hand blender and gently reheat.

Thanks for your help . there where shop mushroom but field are so much better
