not food related but havn`t been able to hold anything down the last 2days finally on Antibiotics but its cough cough cough splutter choke ,cough cough cough vomitso over it !
I totally recommend this stuff - their entire range is fantastic!

i thought i was dying a few weeks ago, coughing until i was sick, couldn't sleep for coughing.tried this and the first night i took this i slept all night, not waking in a coughing fit.thanks kumerakid;
this formula is for especially deep lung ailments, works well on coughs, bronchitis, pneumonia, and mucus and lung congestion due to coldnes 1200ml water 1c squeezed lemon juice 5-7 cloves of garlic crushed 1Tbs grated raw ginger 1/2tsp cayenne powder 4Tbs honey put all but honey into pot and slowly simmer until half remains, strain while warm, add honey and stir until dissolved, bottle and keep in fridge for up to one month, dose; adult 1Tbs as needed child; 1 tsp as needed

Malcolm Harker's Lung Elixir from your Health Shop or Pharmacy. It's pretty strong, but very effective.
