I normally pan fry sirloin steak but when it is marinated for a long time it seems to lose its texture and perhaps it may be better in a casserole!

if you are going to grill it - make a really hearty mushroom sauce to have with it as it wont be as good as fresh steak

Chuck it in the bin ifs its supermarket "marinated" its OLD meat filled with nitrates and chemicals to extend its shelf life and shorten your life.

Hubby won a meat pack at golf and it was marinated steak, I cooked it and it was DISGUSTING, couldn't eat it. It all ended up in the bin, I wouldn't even give it to the dog.
