Potato lasagne!
That's a very limited list of ingredients,

my version of moussaka. like a potato lasagne kids love it and its gobbled up.
do your mince as per usual for lasagne.put in dish then add layer of sliced cooked potatoe .another layer mince and another of potatoe on top then a thick cheese sauce on top.bake in oven and serve with salad etc.
