Yes you can, it freezes really well. Just defrost it slowly and stir it well.

I buy sm cartons of lovely frozen creamy cheese sauce, cancelled export orders for $5 or $6 and it freezes beautifully. Thaw add some milk, whisk to the consistency you want. Its great for lasagne, with vegs, potato curry bakes, veg bakes etc. can't buy the milk and cheese for that nowadays.
