anyone got a recipie for the above using a block of black forest chocolate

Try putting black forest chocolate in the box to the left, change the drop down to last year & you will find several threads with recipes.

crush 2 pkts wine biscuits to make fine crumbs melt 1 tin condensed milk with 180 gms butter till combined, add 2 tblsp cocoa. Stirr till combined.Pour over biscuit crumbs, mix well. Put into a swiss roll tin ,pat down firmly & put in the fridge to firm up. Melt 1 large cake of Black Forest Chocolate with 2 tsp light tasting cooking oil. Do this carefully over a low heat. Pour over & cover fudge base, return to fridge till set. Cut into small squares @ enjoy This is very mooorish
