Heated with gravy on buns for lunch, or a lamb curry.

Mmmm - can't beat a proper Shepherd's Pie made from the leftover roast and gravy. If I have leftover mashed spud then that goes on top (I usually make extra on purpose) and any other leftover veges get added in with the meat.

yes, I agree shepherds pie.or rissoles. My Mum always made either of these on a Monday after the roast dinner of the night before, VERY tasty.

rissoles yumm, thanks mumstu you have given me an idea for my left overs tomorrow night. I often add it to a stir fry or rice risotto. have cold with coleslaw and hot potatoes (mashed). Love it in sandwiches with just salt and pepper too.
