I am wanting a stuffed apple recipe thats low fat and doesnt contain dried fruit, any ideas!

I have stuffed them with a low fat crumble recipe - using oats, cinnamon, small amt of brown sugar and butter - packed inside apple

Don't forget to score the apples round their middles with a sharp knife and they'll keep a nice apple-y shape instead of exploding ;)
