Just a quick question, I'm fairly sure I read on here you use buttermilk in your scones! My question is can you/have you ever frozen it and was it successful if you did! TIA :o)

Here I am! Yes, the only scones I make now are the buttermilk ones. I take it you mean have I used thaed buttermilk ( from being frozen) No I haven't but so long as it is thawed, it should be perfectly fine. I have certaily frozen the baked scones and they are just as lovely once thawed. can always warm them/thaw gently in the microwave.
