um dinners i like doing a day of cooking and having meals in the freezer. but im getting sick of the same old lasagna, cottage pie, devilled sausages, filo parcles.

Good old macaroni cheese freezes well.Just make the sauce mix a bit runny so it doesn't dry out when you reheat.
