Potatoes?

Was wondering any one know how to make the roast potatoes similar to the ones at "kiwiroast" with the golden skin! can't find recipe anywhere!

I don't know about Kiwiroast, but here's a nice way to get good roast tatties.

Take large baking potatoes, roll in oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper, Roast 1-1.5hrs till done.

Dont alot of places like that deep fry them!

I parboil my spuds first then roast them in duck or goose fat.

I believe they coat them in cornflour as well after par boiling. Then they roast them in the same cooker that kfc does it's chicken in. f u put some in a sealed plastic bag and put a couple of tablespoons of corn flour in and toss, then shake the excess off then cook them with a spray of oil, you may be close to the recreation. I offer this as a suggestion only.

Same as above, par boil, toss in flour, cook in hot fat/oil, whatever you prefer, come out nice and crunchy.
