got a great recipe. made last nite and have scoffed 3 today. lol. if you like carrot cake you will love these. 3/4 c sr flour, 1/2 t salt. 1/2 t baking soda. 2 t cinnamon. 1 t allspice. 3/4 c brown sugar. 3/4 c sultanas. 1/2 c oil. 2 eggs. 200g grated carrots . white choc buttons for decoration. oven at 190c.sieve dry ingredients . then add premix other ingredients., fold into first lot dont overmix.put into muffin cases with white choc button on top then bake 15mins .
