Have brought some nectarines but the are not very nice to eat just wondering if anyone had any recipe ideas thanks.

i was reading the edmonds cook book tonight looking for a good crumble recipe. Perhaps a nice nectarine crumble or a nectarine upside down cake. Be lovely with custard.

Nectarine jam from Food in a minute is really good.
