Wafflemaker Recipe needed please

You don't have to seperate the eggs but by seperating them - you will get a nicer end product! It is worth the effort! I cant remember the recipe off hand as I am one for not following them - it is similar to a pikelet batter but has more eggs in them.

Waffles from the 4 Ingredients book:2 cups self raising flour, 1/2 cup oil, 1. 2 cup milk. Preheat waffle iron. Combine all ingredients in a bowl & mix well, pour 3/4 cup of batter into the waffle iron & cook until golden brown. Serve as required. I use this recipe all the time.

oops sorry that should read 1/2 cup milk not 1. 2! Fat fingers grrrrr!
