Rib-Eye Steak

Anyone have an easy recipe for tea.I am not a domestic goddess!

you ought not to mess with a rib-eye, just fry 4 or 5 minutes either side and serve with potatoes and salads of your choice.It should have plenty of flavour.Add butter and crushed garlic to the juices of your pan after you have removed the meat, cook a little bit and pour over your steaks on the plate.Take care to scrape all the lovely brown juices into your buttery garlic

As above, and rest the meat on warm plates for 5 - 10 minutes before you serve it.

Grill it under a hot grill - better than fried IMHO - and probably healthier!
