1 smallmango, peeled, chopped 2 large tomatoes, seeded, chopped 1 smallred onion, chopped finely 1 clove garlic, crushed 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar salt and freshly ground black pepper
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

No problem. it does not have pineapple in it, but noe reason why you couldnt add it.although watch that it is not too sweet.
