put them back in oven and cook a bit longer!I baked some today, but upon trying one this evening, they really need to be cooked a bit longer.

I bought a packet of shortbread which turned out to be soft and crisped it up again in the oven.

great, thanks.I put them in the oven again this morning and what a difference that made - much nicer to eat.
