Does anybody have a *really* great Choc cake recipe? Something a little more decadent than the average! Could i just add some choc bits to the mix of a regular one maybe? Thanks

This is delicious, given to me by my chef nephew, but I don't know who gave him the original.
Half cup butter
Half cup vegetable oil
One & three quarter cups sugar
2 eggs
1 teasp. vanilla
Half cup sour cream
two cups shredded zucchini with their skins on
Two & a half cups flour
4 tablespoons cocoa
half teaspoon each of cinnamon, nutmeg & baking powder
1 teasp. baking soda
Mix the butter, oil and sugar, add the eggs, vanilla, sour cream and zucchini, and mix well. Fold into the dry ingredients until no dry pockets, put into 9 X 13 or similar size greased pan, bake 180 cent. for 45 minutes or until skewer clean. It is truly delicious, and moist.

Does anyone have the old fashioned russian fudge recipe by any chance?

hezwez, Apr 10, 6:42am
Jessie on the left of these pages, if you write Russian Fudge in the search bar for recipes, and scroll to 'anytime' in the date posted, you'll find all entries. This link is to one of them, but maybe not the one you're looking for. Good luck.
