A healthy food dish to take to a maori marae. DD is doing a week of nursing there with health checks etc, needs to make a dish to take along promotinghealthy eating. Thev'e had soup, muffins,scones, cous cous, etc.Thinking along lines of brown rice, what could we make to serve warm any ideas! or other suggestions TIA.

A nice big stew done in the crock pot with lots of veg.
