found the Australian Womans Weekly The Country Collection in whitcoulls today for $49.95.amazing book, a pic for every recipe, with heaps of other awesome rural pics.the recipes are to die for and ive copied into my cookbook about 19 so far.ive bookmarked all the recipes for the MIL to try first.so we can sample them.first off turkish delight slice! was released last month and is a hardcover.quite a heavy book too. http://www.acpmagazines.com.au/the-country-collection.htm

im extremely crytical of cookbooks because i think theyre overpriced hyped up wastes of paper usually but every now and then one gets my attention.last one was dulcie mays cookbook.
