You might find this site interesting, although it is on the old measurements but fairly easy to convert these days. http://www.oldaussierecipes.com/slicesandpastries.htm Its a great site with some real old fashioned recipes like ice box slice!

Oh dear, cookessentials, I really must stop looking at posts which have your user name at the end. That's the second time todayI have found yet another great website suggested by you and it isn't even lunchtime yet ! Just what I need , more great " foodie " products to try and hundreds more recipes !
