rosie, May 6, 11:45pm
Good morning - this morning I am making lemon honey for the first time however I find I have only got raw, brown, and icing sugar soooooooo am wondering if any of those are going to work or am I safer to go buy some white! Thanks for any advice :)

I would be going in search of white suagr or caster sugar.

sure you can use raw sugar, but the lemon honey will have a bit of a murky colour

Just a hint.when you make it. Put everything in the double boiler at once and then slowly heat. helps to stop the egg white curdling
