We just want to have them withyougurt ( Cyclops Ambrosia) for dessert tonight. Do you have to let them defrost naturally orcan you defrost them in the microwave!

i have frozen blueberries for breakfast every morning and defrost in the microwavce - 50g 2mins on power 3.Or if you have time leave to thaw naturally.,

Thanks mimi. I'm getting a bit hungry. Man has fallen asleep on the sofa so I think I'll microwave them!
