What chilli powder would you use for baking! I made some chocolate chilli cupcakes last night and just used the box of Greggs chilli powder I had in the cupboard. Taste is 'ok' but not what I had imagined. So that made me wonder if there is special chilli powder for baking.

I put a pinch of cayenne pepper (one variety of chilli pepper) into cheese scones.
