Hi, Anyone know how to un-stuck The Amazing Bullet!
Making guacamole & the machine stopped but I couldn't remove the cup off the machine.
Any ideas please!

Sometimes I need to push down hard and turn the cup anti clockwise.
Of the cup has loosened form the black blade holder you might need to tighten this by turning it clockwise first.
