How long can you keep it after you have opened and broken the seal. It starts to smell a little weird after a couple days. Is that normal! Are you supposed to use the whole lot in one go!

jimmy3411, the label on the can or jar, should have had Storage Instructions which would give you an indication as to how long the sauce can be safely kept if those instructions were followed. I'm not sure about the 'weird smell' - IMO if anything doesn't look and smell as expected then the safest option is not to eat it but personally if I couldn't use all of the sauce I would do as suggested above i.e. freeze the unwanted portion then use it at a later date asap after taking it from the freezer.
