Here's one that I can recommend - makes a big amount - I would halve itnext time for the two of us and then there would be some over for the next night too! 1 cup Uncooked Rice 4 cups Milk 1/3 cup Sugar 2 tsp Vanilla 1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
Cook for approx 2 1/2 hours on high in slow cooker
I made it with milk powder and water instead of the milk amount - lovely and creamy.
