Are there any regulations for food that is preordered and delivered to schools! I am looking at hot food that is prepared in a commercial kitchen and then delivered to the school. The meals would be sorted by class and delivered to each class. I have looked on the aucklandcouncil website but there is nothing reagarding temperature or how they should be packed. only that the seller needs to a have a mobile seller liscence.
Will be giving them a call next week - when I remeber.
