Purchase an AWW Easy Curry COOKERYbook off Trademe and you will have the basics covered. Once mastered then look on Trademe for the AWW Easy Indian STYLE. I have dozens of Indian recipe books (been to India 7 times and cook a lot of Indian food) but often refer to these 2 basic books (all ingredients are available here in NZ)
