Any suggestions where the best place to buy fresh (not heat treated) saurekraut in Auckland! I know you can make it at home, but I would like to be able to buy it when I want it.
Also fresh kimchi too.

I have heard that someone in Auckland is making sauerkraut for sale but don't have a contact at the moment.Your best bet is to contact your local chapter leader of the Weston Price Foundation.They will have a number for you.

Go to the Oratia Market on Saturday morning. There is a vendor there selling fresh, unpasteurised saurkraut. The market is on Parrs Cross Road.
Actually it is really, really, really simple to make in Agee jars if you are interested.
