Hi, trying to think of a science project for my Nephew - I try and help him every year. Was thinking of maybe trying a whole lot of diff bread yeasts, like potato bread starter, rewana bread starter, the usual surebake, sourdough etc. Any others you can think of! and I would love some recipes on how to start them if you have them. or ideas on how the experiment could be done,was thinking blind taste test as well as how succesful the home grown yeast is as a raising agent or something like that. just thinking out loud
