Do u think left over lamb and pasta would work

been trying to think what to do with it i dont have potatoes or anything to make a shepard pie so im thinking some kind of pasta bake kind of thing for tea

sandranoble2012, IMO your left over lamb and pasta should "work" well.
We don't eat lamb but I note that in Alison Holst's Best Mince Recipes book, there are recipes that combine pasta and minced meat, either beef OR lamb, with pastae.g.Pastitio, Lasagne, "Buttons and Bows" Frypan Dinner (buttons = sliced carrots and courgettes, bows = bow-shaped pasta).Those recipes actually use raw meat but I see no reason why you couldn't adjust the cooking times and use your leftover lamb, minced.:-))

Cooked lamb is good in moussaka - mince it or chop it very finely in a food processor.
