Need some ways to cook salmon steaks. Was given some by a friend and dont want to waste them. Many thanks.

I cook mine double wrapped in buttered foil.I lay the steak on some lemon slices and sprinkle it with dill.Depending on the thickness of the steak it takes about 10 minutes in the oven on 180.

I wrap mine in tin foil, add lemon slices and dill and salt and pepper. No oil or butter. They take about 12 minutes. Yummy. Oops, they go in the oven on 180ish as well.
