Freezing silver beet?

I see spinach is sold frozen in super markets so Im hoping siver beet can be frozen as well. Any hints please!

I've frozen silverbeet in the past .it's fine to put in stews/soups but very soggy if you put it on the plate as a side vegetable.

just blanch it, squeeze out all the water and then freeze in serving size portions.when ready just pop in microwave for a few seconds/minutes according to size.dont use the stalks just freeze them and use in soups, stews etc.have done this for years with no problems
