Jo seagars white choc mousse

i made this yesterday
it didnt set even the next day, shame as i had it for a party
however i had an epiphany this morning and whipped it with the electric beaters
viola perfection, why didnt i think of it last night

now my question is the recipes didnt say to whip it so to other mousse makers do you whip or not whip!
heres the recipe i used dark choc and no liquer

300ml cream heated till nearly boiling
3 egg yolks
250gm choc

bang it all in a blender wizz till choc stops rattling around and is blended and pour into shot glasses(in my case just a bowl)
refrigerate to set

had i not whipped it it would still be wobbling around today
but now its all gone!
