sorry another cake one!I was planning on decorating my cake the day before it was to be used. is that a good idea with the fondant icing!Will it keep okay in the fridge or will it dry out overnight!Or can i cover well in gladwrap and maybe it wont sweat!

simple answer - it will be fine :) Just keep it in a cool dry place - i have even been known to store cakes overnight in a bathroom cupboard! Don't risk the fridge, condensation and fondant doesn't mix! Throw a light netting cover over it if you feel you need to cover it, not glad wrap.
