I'm planning to turn the leftover FR chicken into little individual chicken pot pies. served with steamed baby beets, home-grown carrots and potato bake. note that I said 'planning' - depends on my mood after I've finished bottling a giant pot of beetroot.

Do you have basil in the garden! Make a quick pesto, put some cooked pasta in a pan, stir through some creme fraiche, chop grilled bacon or cooked chicken and stir through with some baby tomatoes - yum! And it takes 10 minutes max.

I have Freedom Farms pork fillet, so probably a light stir-fry with some fresh green beans from the garden and a dash or two of tamari.
