Is this easy to work with! Im thinking of attempting a very elaborate castle cake for my daughters 1st birthday in May.

Does anyone have any suggestions or tricks when using it!

How elaborate! You could always buy a polysytrene cake dummy and practice rolling, covering and decorating techniques. YouTube has some excellent tutorials on covering cakes.

Heres the cake and it has a step by step walk though, it LOOKS relatively easy, although time consuming, but it also says intermediate level - and Im a total beginner! :)

I've used it recently and it is really easy to work with. Took quite a while to roll it out though.

You'll only know once you try!

I found it easy right from the start. I've taught others who find it very difficult. If you're already a whizz in the kitchen, should be no problem! If you're covering weird shapes it will be harder.Maybe a practice cake is in order! :)
