You'll need a juicer.

It's generally accepted that the greater the variety of apples you use, the better the flavour of cider.Cut off all brown or bruised pieces, extract the juice and use a wine yeast or a specialised yeast from a home brew shop if there's one handy to you.

Add sugar for extra punch and better keeping qualities if you want.
