Is it a bench/bowl type of oven!
You can adapt any recipe, just cook at aslightly lower temp and for less time as recipe states as they do cook much quicker.

yes, it is, but comes with no recipe book

Mine is the same type and I just use any recipe but adjust temp by 20 deg lower than recipe says and also cooking time is less. I will look to see if I still have therecipe book from my previous oven and will get back to you.
